Jury duty last week was awesome.

Yes, awesome.

All because one employee, who was responsible for the jury assembly room, remembered their purpose.

· They acknowledged and welcomed first timers.
· They encouraged us to say “Go Phillies” or “Go Eagles” rather than “here” when our name was called.
· They anticipated needs by mentioning the location of the bathrooms, vending machines, charging stations and even nearby coffee shops and lunch options.
· They didn’t overpromise and reminded us that service was one full day or one full trial, but hoped we would be able to leave early and enjoy the sunshine.
· They encouraged us to say hello to a fellow juror and make friends.
· They welcomed us back to the room with a smile and a “welcome back” upon return from a break.

People can duplicate your product and prices but never your people.

Are your people remembering their purpose? If not, let’s chat.
