It took 2 phone calls and 3 post office visits (at 3 separate locations) to find my “missing” package.

All due to misinformation from the very first person I spoke with and a few misguided recommendations along the way. 

Yes, I was very frustrated, but it gave me an insider look at the reality of staffing challenges. How overworked employees can become defensive when simple questions are asked. 

Overworked employees also don’t have the time to “stay on the line” or “pick up the line” to help you find a solution.  

The lesson learned is for everyone to be kind, be patient and put yourself in the other person’s shoes. Everyone is doing their very best to make it through the day.
