We offer a wide range of services meant to customize your experience with J. Cooperstein Hospitality Consulting, including but not limited to the following:
REINFORCEMENT SHADOWING
Offered as an add-on to our Art of Five Diamond Service Training or our Motivate Package. Within two-four weeks of the workshop, Jamie will return during peak times of service delivery to shadow employees during their shift, continuing to motivate and reinforce best practices.
TEAM BUILDING EXERCISES
A custom activity or exercise can be offered as a stand alone service or incorporated into any existing workshop or package.
MYSTERY SHOPPING
Simulating the customer experience while undercover can be an amazingly impactful training tool. A recap report is always included.
